Long lines got the wrong order and they gave attitude so I'll go to the other location

Went here to grab a quick coffee in the afternoon. There were only two cars in front of me, which I didn't think was terrible. I ordered two tall drinks, and the wait for this was atrocious. It took so long to get a drink. When I went up to the window, the people working didn't seem to care. They were talking very relaxed and didn't even apologize for the wait. They made one drink, gave it to me, and then i watched the one employee making the drinks start the second drink while the other employee were just standing there chatting. I was so confused why more people couldn't help make the drinks. I can understand if that was not the other employees' responsibility, but even an acknowledgment on time would have been nice. I won't be going to this location again.

Here's a wild idea. If you're out of something put a sign up.

Ordered 2 large hot chocolate. should of been a very simple order. they came out a little WARM, definitely not hot. very chalky tasting. NO whipped cream. I don't expect to be returning.
