The baristas were great as always, this is a complaint on management which in no way reflects the baristas. No amount or style of them explaining it will fix for what I was told was a management policy. I ordered a trenta tea with no added water or ice and they said it was the manager's policy they can only fill it part of the way. I have never been to a Starbucks location that does this for specifically tea when it's $5 after tax for jamaica (passion) tea which is probably less than $1 buying the tea leaves wholesale and accounting for water prices. This is highway robbery as someone who buys dry tea all the time and sees the prices! Crazy, Starbucks pre-makes jugs of tea a day and can only fill up the trenta less than half when who knows how much they lose on correcting drinks and pouring out the jugs at the end of the day. I'm giving food and service a one star as well because the manager affecting my food negatively is bad service. However props to the baristas again, they are never bad for doing the best job they can within the limits they are told.
