Starbucks

This Starbucks, in a very busy location in Des Plaines was a great place to grab a quick breakfast with my daughter. While the staff were very very busy, they still were friendly and accommodating to everybody. This location has extremely limited seating, probably only six tables, but during the warmer months they also have outdoor seating.

Liberal idiots.

One of the new female baristas needs help. Every time she takes my order, I have to let her know three or four times that I do not want coffee in my Frappuccino, but she still sets the order as the coffee frappuccino. She also made my drink, I asked her if it was coffee, and she disrespectfully interrupted me and said, "It's Creme Based," even though I saw her put the frap roast in. This has happened four times, and even though she claims she did not put coffee in it, I saw she clearly did. I don't want her to lose her job, but this is getting so repetitive and something really needs to be done because it's happened too often. I feel like she's very rude because she's not taking my concerns seriously, even when I asked her to double check and remake the order. Please, get her some help.

I think you need to stop hiring people that dont know how to pronounce peiples names when calling out a drink

Apart from getting our drinks wrong here and there (No biggie) it happens, this Starbucks is definitely one of the higher traffic stores we frequent. Light ice seems to be give them the whole tray there. If you’re paying for 6 dollar coffee, you would want it right, no? Anyway, we will live lol BUT… Not sure what the individuals name is, all we know is she wears the black apron, “coffee master” If there was ever an unfriendly vibe, it’s that person. Everytime we go, or a family friend goes, they point out the same individual. And I feel that all the friendly and genuine faces are gone and we deal with that everytime we go now. It’s always a side comment, it’s always a gesture, it’s always something and it’s like oh damn… The first time we were like meh, bad days, but the 2nd, 3rd,4th…etc. What could we do?

They were not rushed to get orders and answered, but I get a food and drink fasted. It is amazing! Parking: Enough parking lot around this building
