As a Flight Attendant, I've been to many a Starbucks. This one, however, is something special. Thanks to Skyler, Jasmine, and Kayla I was treated with respect, kindness, and I didn't feel like they wanted to rush my order or hurry being "done" with me. They genuinely cared about me as a human being and I just felt so cared for today, plus I got a latte to keep my energies up for my last day of my 4-day trip! What SUPERB customer service! Please stop by and enjoy! You will not regret it. Thank you!
While visiting from out of town, we stopped by this Starbucks location to grab a coffee and breakfast snack. I order the same thing I regularly get and upon paying for my items, my coffee was immediately ready. Fast service is always appreciated however, I have ordered from Starbucks a multitude of times and have never had my beverage ready before I even paid. My drink tasted like the milk was spoiled and was unbearable to drink.

Distant approach by the cashier, casually uppity, snoblike preppy conversation about my order not heard the first time. $7 is the basis for a full cup, not half foam. Starbucks has a reputation for top shelf Java but $7 for a double mocha. And not a thanks or have a good day.

Extremely small inside a Hilton. Owned by Hilton and apparently that also entails that they do not accept stars. My guess as to why is because they are up charging on everything due to the Hilton name. Their prices are probably a dollar or so higher for that Hilton stamp, so if you are just walking by, I highly recommend finding a different Starbucks to give maybe just a little less too. Staff very nice though.
