It's a beautiful location.

I stopped here on my birthday to get a drink and was served by the nicest barista, Aylyn. They were almost out of pistachio syrup and she was still able to make me a drink with it. She was also just super sweet and talked to us about an upcoming drink from Starbucks — the lavender latte!

Who trains/screens these people? There is an extremely passive aggressive male employee that does not know the first thing about customer service. This is closer to a comedy club than a Starbucks. This location would be a good candidate for secret shopper or undercover boss. Do better.

6:30 AM This is incredibly frustrating. My coffee (Americano)smells/tasted like chemicals. I asked for a refund, signed a receipt, and left. Geneva, pictured alone, is the one who made my coffee. She seemed confused, didn't want to be here, and disgruntled. I don't know what her issue is, but when told she did nothing, like.. (get new containers, check the espresso machine, investigate...??? Thus, a pattern emerged. Obviously, it was not authorized and is being forced on me. This is also known as "compulsory sterilization" and/or a way to induce serious heath complications (e.g. cancer.) It will not show up in a traditional drug test. And yes, you can induce cancer in people in as little as 5 months through constant exposure and dosage (primarily wearing down/exhausting the immune system [lower the white cell count either through chemicals/poison or radiation exposure]) It requires a dosage to maintain effectiveness; so if symptomology is similar, stay hydrated; take a picture of who served you, leave a review, and file a complaint.
