I go for the coffee usually

I always have problems with this location and I’m not sure why I keep going back. This time my refresher was just a cup of water, had basically no flavor and my girlfriends shaken espresso was made incorrectly with burned espresso and what seems to be regular milk instead of the oat milk it’s supposed to be made with. She also added vanilla cold foam at the suggestion of a staff member which they ignored despite having paid for. Anytime this place gets just a little bit busy the quality of the drinks suffers majorly. Super bummed.

Two things to note: a) I’m a previous partner and have worked at Starbucks before so I know what the job can be like and b) this WILL be a passionate review! 12/19/2023 around 1:00 pm I stopped by this Starbucks. I’m a 20 yo college student going to school in Wyoming and visiting family in the springs. This was quite literally a random stop while I prepared for my therapy appointment while I chug through the rest of my drive. CRYSTAL IS AMAZING. She asked for my name, addressed me by it the whole time, asked me about school and was a genuinely kind person. Yes the wait was mildly long but even so crystal kindly excused herself when she realized how long the wait had been and went to make my drink herself. The reason I point out date and time is because there were two other partners just standing there when it was clear that crystal was trying to keep conversation and take the orders behind me. By the way, crystal if you’re seeing this, the cinnamon caramel cream cold brew you made me was amazing and is now my favorite too.

Amazing location and never crowded in the mornings. Service has always been great, easy place to grab coffee when you’re heading out west
