Starbucks

The store is very clean and has a minimalistic standing area. I was lucky enough to meet the general manager and manager of the store who were very friendly but everybody there is always very happy always smiling and eager to serve and do it with a smile. Sometimes the lines are long but they have enough people behind the counter to handle it gracefully and quickly. I very much enjoy going there. And if you have the opportunity to speak with the general manager / owner she is wonderful.

Ten bucks for coffee, that’s ridiculous

There was a man who came in the store and started digging in the trash obviously not in the right state of mind... The staff were polite and respectful to him when most would have acted poorly... Offered him warm water on a snowier day... I would recommend this store to everyone.. u have gained a custom for life

the experience was very comforting and serene. very lovely atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: they are very accommodating when it comes to babies. and they'll even help with changing tables, if the baby is needing one for a diaper change. for a changing table, they actually bring out a normal table, and will help you change the baby in the bathroom if need is required.

No bathroom, which I can get given the area, but no seating and when it's 30° outside, and the chairs are all cabled to the tables, your only choice is to sit on concrete. When asked if we could just sit inside on the floor, they told us no. An employee even told me that there was an area in the sun outside as an option ‍♂️Absolutely insane and miserable experience at a Starbucks. Nothing like getting your drink and being told to stand or get out to make you feel welcome.

This place is cleaned out right now and very disappointing. Not a single seat anywhere in the heart of downtown
