The service has improved lately and it’s back to 5 stars. The staff is Pleasanton and polite. The drinks are good and there are plenty of seats to use.

I couldn't believe I ordered an oatmeal and an everything bagel. 12 minutes past I didn't hear my name for my order so I get up and approach the register and the cashier hands me my order which already had been placed in the pick up area . So I'm asking they couldn't pronounce my name or what. "MY NAME IS JUAN." I just hope they weren't being racial.
