I bought a cup of coffee then when I came back for a fifty cent refill, 4 splendas extra cream, they wanted to charge me full price for the second cup. I got angry and said no thanks and walked out. I’m a writer and I like my coffee, lots of it, but I won’t come back. I will frequent coffee shops that are more friendly to neighborhood artists. I’m frankly disappointed in the service received today. I get that this is a busy location but it’s no order or structure in here. I charged as I waited for my drink and my drink took so long that I had to take penalties on my charging for waiting so long. But I didn’t give them 1 star for the long wait time. I gave one start because of the poor service. I sat back and observed as the baristas were rude and gave the other customers attitude. I saw one girl with the short black hair roll her eyes when a customer asked for extra cream. When I asked for sugar the lady didn’t help me because she said her hands were dirty. So in that case that’s when you wash your hands to assist me. I will not be attending this Starbucks again because of the bad service and the negative attitudes the baristas present. The coffee tasted terrible it was over burned and watered down .
