Location is great! Employees are so nice and full of gratitude. But very few aren’t, specifically Joanna. Overheard her fat shaming me, judging me for the drink I ordered. I’ve never been so unwelcome in an environment, I grew up here in Daly City and never in my life have I come upon this occurrence, please have a talk with her. Thank you Parking: N/a
For reasons I can’t work out, every single coffee I’ve ordered in this location is way way too hot, and way way too bitter, no other location has this problem, never once have they had pike ready either, always needs to brew, with water that makes McDonalds coffee seem cold by comparison. Nice location though
I ordered a Large Dragon fruit Lemonade Without Ice, I receive a drink 3/4 full, when I asked the Barista, said that’s new Starbucks Policy when a customer orders a drink without ice, or get charge extra $1.00 to fill it up. I feel scammed by Starbucks. This is a customer mistreatment and mal practice in advertising. There is no disclosure as in the menu about this new policy. I paid $6.75 for a drink about half full. Becarful everyone don’t get scammed by this company. If you do, subir a complaint to Corporate and BBB.
