I wish Starbucks was more consistent on how they make the drinks at every location. I pay the same amount every time but at this location my drink never taste the right way. I get it new employees , but if I’m paying 8 dollars for a drink I would love for it to taste the same way every time. And the customer service isn’t great either . Super bummed out.
Just drive twenty minutes out of way to this location just to find out it's inside a tom thumb. Only one barista who just happened to be on lunch so nobody to take my order. All inside Starbucks need to be closed and stop showing them to me on Google maps. Terrible
I ordered a Tall Blended Espresso at the Lovers Lane Tom Thumb on Friday April 21, there was 1 inch of beverage at the bottom of the cup and the rest of the cup was filled to the top with ice. The male employee was robotic and had an attitude.
I bought a hot chocolate but the white girl with glasses got upset because she spoke very little English and gave me the things very reluctantly with her eyes. It didn’t look good at well very bad customer service they did I won’t recommend anyone coming here.
Went in to get the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher. Got great service and a great drink! Highly recommend!
