Rude staff

There is a dude that works there and he was so rude, I asked him if he can pour a little bit more milk in my drink since it was halfway and he started whining, the thing that upset me was that HE SNATCHED MY DAUGHTERS DRINK, mind you it was my first time coming here and will definitely be the last time.

Their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew is my all-time go to drink

The barista (her name was Heaven) was absolutely terrible. I had to repeat my order to her several time and it took her several minutes just to ring up three drinks. She got the girls drink wrong in front of me, got my drinks wrong, re-made them, and still got them wrong. I went to customer service to get a refund. She didn’t speak, smile, and had her AirPods in the whole time. Worst experience ever. I have no idea how she even has that job…

Everyone here is rude and act like they don’t want to do their job. Then stare at you when you ready to order . Have attitudes. Customer service overall trash .

The sourpuss that works at this location was very offputting. No hello no smile no thank you when I was finished and when I reminded her that she did not give me my water, she literally rolled her eyes. Wow what is happening Starbucks

No one is hardly ever there! I wish it was open like they claim to be because I could sure use my coffee every morning or evenings!
