I got there before 9am on a Saturday morning and only ordered two cups of coffee with two shots of espresso in each. A bunch of people started coming in after me and were getting their orders in 1-2 minutes. Fifteen minutes later and still nothing! I had to ask what the deal was and she poured both orders in front of me in 30 seconds… I was literally sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes and none of the staff took the initiative to ask me if I’d gotten my order yet. Ridiculous.
I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks location for over a year, visiting twice daily. Unfortunately, my experiences have left me disappointed with the level of customer service. My husband and I consistently felt unwelcomed, as the employees never greeted us and seemed to view our requests as inconveniences. This lack of friendliness coupled with the noticeable sense of clique among the staff made the environment very uncomfortable for us. The consistent attitude, and negative looks from the staff have made our visits less enjoyable. We hope that the management can address these concerns promptly. I highly recommend exploring other options to ensure a more positive coffee shop experience.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I’ve been a regular at this location for the past year. I literally go every single day. & I get the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here. It’s hostile and a rude atmosphere from 2 girls that work there. I also found spit in my coffee today and this is where I draw the line & I will be working to take legal action against this establishment.
