Can be very crowded at times and the tables were kinda dirty and musty

I placed the mobile order. I waited more than 10 minutes longer than the scheduled completion time. I stood there for a long time at the pick-up area, but none of the employees cared.

I got the mocha cookie crumble and asked for no whip on the top for the bottom of the drink. However, they still added it and when I went to go ask for a remake all they did was scrape the top whip cream at the top and hand back the same drink. I also saw someone ask for a strawberry acai lemonade remake as the one they had just tasted like water. All they did was add more frozen strawberries and handed the same drink back to the person.

Does an amazing job of making sure your cup is only 2/3 of the way full.

This location is inside South Coast Plaza. The best way to avoid the lines is to order ahead on the Starbucks app. Kid-friendliness: Kids don't need coffee.

Always busy, but the associates are so nice.

The drinks are not consistent, always taste different and this is coming from someone who order the same drink always Every single time I get my coffee they always take 15+ to get it done and many times not even call out the names and keep just adding drink over the counter. Today they took 30 min exactly for make one of my drinks. I do understand what is be short on staff but I pay for a service that I expect be at time. In general the workers are nice sometimes I can tell they are stress but I do not blame for it. I like this place but need to improve I been buying here for 8 months already and unfortunately still the same
