Starbucks

IT IS TOOO COLD IN THE STORE,if I can see my breath it's too cold.I come in the store when it's cold outside and it's colder inside than outside.

This place must be short staffed because the drive-through has already taken 20 minutes... and I was in a rush

I went to this Starbucks and ordered a grande hot chocolate on the app and waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes before getting to the window. Got to the window and the barista asks for my payment, I tell him I paid using the app. He pauses, checks every drink and proceeds to remove the sticker off a short sized drink and tells me they had the wrong name for the hot chocolate I say I ordered a grande. He brings the drink back in the window and walks away I guess he went to make the drink again, not sure. But I asked him to pls make it with oat milk, like I ordered in the app. He doesn’t say anything but then walks away to talk with his friends, and about 4 minutes later gives me the drink shown in the picture (emphasis on the dirty lid!!!) I’m annoyed to say the least but please get the customer service together and I will stick to my normal Starbucks location.

One of the newest stars in the city of Coral Springs this Starbucks is stunning. The staff are warm, attentive, and serve every cup of coffee with a pleasant, greeting smile. They have wonderful music, atmosphere, up-to-date, decor, beautiful glass windows to enjoy the outside. Thank you, Starbucks. Parking: Great job

This is one of my favorite location I look forward to visiting this location All of the employees makes me feel special each time they even know people my name and I’m there everyday they even knows my Order I absolutely adore them.

Sitting in the drive through it hasn't moved in 6 minutes I called the store and the girl who answered her reply was oh it's really busy in here I said OK sure it's busy in there but what about the people who are in the drive through line also waiting for business... She hung up on me. Prepare to wait for a long time.
