I have never had a horrible experience at a Starbucks until this location. I had to repeat my order 3 times, waited 10minutes for one drink, and the woman tried to charge me multiple times. First she said my total was $24.60, scanned my app, then proceeded to tell me I still owe $10. THEN when i asked why what was my total originally because didn’t i pay it all on my card? SHE TOLD ME THE ORIGINAL TOTAL WAS $15. Then when I confronted her she blamed it on the computer. Also didn’t use my free drink as i asked her to with my stars. Learn how to do your job.

I went to this location today at 4:10 p.m. The drive-through had a long line, but I waited at least five minutes for over six cars in front of me. I ordered online but selected in-store pick-up versus drive-through. They accommodated me easily for it. The lady at the window was super friendly and asked if I needed napkins, a cup of water, or anything to make my trip go more smoothly. The only guy working at the bar killed it. He was making drinks super fast for being a one-person show working Uber eats mobile orders and drive-through as well as walk-ins. You need to keep these two on your staff.
they should fire the guy that works their this is the second time they messed up my drink i ordered a vanilla matcha latte with pumpkin cold foam and it tasted like chocolate he used a dirty blender that had chocolate in it and im allergic
