Very slow service here. Drinks are made well, but tried everything from going early to ordering ahead (today it took 21 minutes as I watched orders come in and leave before me). I always have to sit and wait for my order for far longer than any other Starbucks. Hopefully the renovations for Sample and University is finished soon, this store is painful.
