Every time I order an Iced London Fog they make it with Black tea instead of Earl Grey and then they wanna fight me about remaking it. I know the drink takes a while to make and I’ve had stores ask if I want black tea instead but I’m ordering what I’m ordering, I know it takes several minutes
If you do not enjoy your job, do not project it onto customers. I waited 30 minutes for a drink on a saturday morning when it was pretty empty because the bartista was sitting on her phone. I went up and said i mobel ordered 20 minutes ago she she goes “GIVE ME A MINUTES.” She was on her phone while people were waiting and have places to be.
They do not accept to fill a reusable mug for some reason. Other Sturbucks do. The other cafe on campus does. What exactly is their problem?
This Starbucks is so bad, I would give it a zero. But because it’s not possible, I give it, a one. Waiting 16 minutes to get my drink and it clearly says “No Classic” on the sticker and guess what they put in it… Classic syrup now I gotta go back there and wait another 16 minutes for them to fix my drink. Obviously another Starbucks needs to be opened on campus because this one cannot handle the traffic it receives.
Worst Starbucks, and unfortunately the students we do not have that many choices inside the university. It is really like the employees do not care at all, coffee is always burned, food dry, and yes, sometime this place is very busy, but even in chill times like university regular holidays, this place just do not serve good products. Definitely avoiding this place as much as possible.
I don’t want to be too harsh, hence the four star rating. However, I find it really weird that everyone in the staff is African American. I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but it just feels odd. I know Starbucks cares about diversity and stuff, but having only Black employees at this location feels really forced.
