This location DOES NOT pay attention to mobile orders. Multiple times i have ordered through the app and I’ve had to wait over 15-25 minutes for my drink while i watch over 10 cars go by. You might as well go through the drive through as it’s much faster than mobile.

Pleasant atmosphere.

On many occasions, the lobby is being closed HOURS before the actual closing times. This is a huge convenience for customers who would like to sit inside of the establishment. Today, I arrived and there was a handwritten sign that states “lobby closes at 6” . This has become very typical at this location. You never know what you will see or have to encounter when coming here. It’s quite disappointing.

We were greeted with an excellent smile and he was just so sweet. He made my matcha latte to perfection!!!

Update 4.. they still run out of mocha 5 to 6 days a week.. who does their ordering.. Update 3.. still the worst location EVER... How do you run out of mocha syrup five times in one week. How is the general manager not ordering enough for the high sales at this location. Excessive 30 and 40 minute waits for online mobile orderers. **update 2-- this location finally reopened after being closed for more than a month for remodeling. They still can't figure out how to train people properly to make the core menu drinks. I paid for an extra espresso shot. I didn't get it. I paid for pumps of vanilla. I didn't get them. This location will continue to get one stars until they can hire somebody who knows how to train people ... Update** Service is still bad and drink orders made wrong.****Baristas play games with the order stickers constantly rotating them and moving them around between stations but never actually making any drinks. Lack of supervision. Who is the manager in charge. Why does half the people on staff go hide in the back when the lobby is full of customers. Horrible service at this location.

By far the worst star bucks I've ever been to and I was in the military for 8 years and have traveled all over our country they always take 20-30 mins to make a drink even when they're not busy and mess it up most of the time absolutely ridiculous
