The best location in my area but they are temporarily closed per google hope they open again soon

This is not the best Starbucks I've been to, which was disappointing. I don't know what they did differently with my frappe but it just did not taste good at all. Parking: The parking lot is very congested. You might as well wait in line at the drivethru because you have to stay in line until you can get to a parking space.

Pulled up to the drive thru only to see a sign that reads “Mobile Pickup Only.” Seriously? A girl comes to the speaker and asks if I have a mobile pickup. I say no and ask if I can just place an order. Nope. All I needed was 2 regular coffees. Nothing fancy. Should have had a sign before you get to the speaker so you aren’t wasting people’s time waiting in line.

This used to be my go to location but lately it has been horrible.. whoever is taking orders 9/10 dont make the drink how you asked even though the screen is correct. I stopped this morning, my cheese danish was burnt (as someone who KNOWS y'all saw that before handing it out like be forreal....) my drink was also watery and not made how asked. I understand being busy but if you don't want to work then don't come.

Great location and fast service. Update : I came back and was the only one in line and purchased egg bites and they made me sick after eating them.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced from any starbucks I’ve visited and on New Year’s Eve at that. The manager Chris was outstanding! Our drinks and food were made to perfection!
