Out of everything, didn’t make an effort to make a suggestion for something else. Horrible customer service. Oh and if there’s a drive-through line, don’t bother going in. They will not help you for at least 10 minutes.

Great service

Avoid this Starbucks if at all possible. I ordered a venti (large) drink and received a grande(medium) in a venti cup. Not to mention it was just warm not hot. There are several other coffee shops in the area with better service.

I waited over 25 minutes in line after ordering, with only 2 cars in front of me, and no less than 10 minutes of that was at the window. I was actually fortunate and seemingly waited less time than I could’ve because the car in front of me got tired of waiting at the window and left. I ordered 2 drinks, 1 of which was wrong when I received it at the window but the barista promptly fixed it.
