Girl couldn't of been more rude

Just got tea and no one wanted to make it. When I asked after several minutes I got poor attitude. This used to be a well managed store not so much anymore

Hours posted online say they close at 8pm..Been there twice just after 7pm and they said they were closed.

Most Starbucks employees are very pleasant to deal with, but Laura was such a delight it she deserves a review. Had a great experience!

I ordered via mobile and no one was even working the Starbucks when I arrived. I called and the Kroger person put me on hold x 10 minutes while they looked for her. I then went to customer service and the Starbucks employee was talking to them at the counter while I was on hold. I took a refund. Place is poorly managed and staffed.

If I pay extra for espresso you should actually put it in there, and when someone asked you to hold the sugar don't pump half the bottle of chocolate syrup in my drink Dietary restrictions: Hands down the worst place to go if you are trying to have them make something special to fit your diet
