This is my favorite Starbucks in Colorado Springs. I go here at least once a week. The young lady, I believe her name in Cherish, always remembers my name. All the staff are kind and efficient.
I pay $7 for them to fill the cup like this. I got a tall drink in my grande. I like this starbucks they always make my drink right, but a $7 drink 75% filled is a rip off. (Posted pic of cup)
Drink made wrong and not fixed.
The employees at this Starbucks don’t call out orders by the individuals name on the cup. That led to an individual who was also waiting for their drink to pick up my drink with their hand on the part where I’m supposed to drink. The male behind the counter working told me and my partner we could still take the drink even though the mouth part of the drink had already been contaminated. What’s the point of asking for a name for the order if they’re not going to use it?
I went in today to get drinks for my staff since the other drive through location off Barnes is closed. The employees working WERE BEYOND RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL. One worker said my drink was “disgusting, and meant for fat people” when it’s literally a matcha latte with cold foam and oat milk. On top of that when they made it, it was 50% foam. It’s a $9 for them to give me foam. The staff was rude the entire time they made my order and I am beyond upset with how they treated me. I will never get any drink from here again.
Line was short but we waited over 10 min for a cake pop and frappacino.
The girl making drinks made mine wrong, and it was also very watery. I nicely asked if it had enough espresso, and mentioned that there was no cold foam (it costs $1.25 or something). She gave me a rude look and remade it. I think it has even less espresso now. I've worked in the food service before. Mistakes happen! But she clearly doesn't like or care about her job, which stinks for the customers who look forward to their mental-health-in-a-cup. :(
