Shame staff don't communicate very well with dine in customers, presumably due to busy drive thru orders via headset.

Extra strong Oat Milk Flat White, that's my go to when I get a coffee and how I rate a place, on their ability to get this spot on. As far as big chains go, this is better than Costa, nowhere near as good as Coffee #1 (Pershore being the best #1) and not even close to independents. It's convenient which is why I've used it on a number of occasions but the staff could put way more care and attention into what they're doing, they could actually try and make an effort when they're making the drink, Starbucks is coffee, make it a great coffee, not a mediocre one 3 star all round, mediocre, it'll do
Worst service ever I could say enough bad the LIV was the rudest person I have even meet. The other lady was lovely but Liv was so rude and actually asked us to leave it was only myself and my daughter, could believe the service.
I like the staff they are polite and helpful. I just have an issue with the beverages. I always order a mocha. In the last six months, I’ve noticed a change. The mocha appears to have lost its chocolate taste. I have mentioned it on more than one occasion and the girls have tried to help. I believe there is an issue with the quantity of chocolate put in these drinks. No other Starbucks nor Costa appear to have this issue, however every week I stop off at this Starbucks to grab a mocha and every week I am gobsmacked at how bad the drink is. Can somebody please look into this as I do like my half an hour stop at this particular Starbucks. Obviously if it continues I’m going to have to find another place to stop off .
Staff are rude and finds it funny when you bring it to their attention. No apology for the rudeness.
