Food / drink overpriced Miserable environment. Staff who wanted to hurry us to make choices despite not being busy.

Busy shop. Really disappointed in the drink I ordered, it wasn't stirred so all the pumpkin spice syrup was at the bottom of my cup. Miserable staff and tables outside were absolutely filthy with rubbish all over the floor. Family of the staff also don't have to que for their drinks I noticed. I won't be back to this store, my first visit was not a good one.
