Starbucks Coffee

We had latte each and muffin plus lemon cake. Coffee beats everything I have had from Costa, Greggs, Nero. My lemon cake was one of best I've had too. Just that one place seemed derived of any coziness with poor seats placements and choices of those with great big, awful stairs leading seemingly nowhere taking much of the space straight through the ground floor. On the pricey side as well. I am not a Starbucks follower in the least but what was good was good. Service ok.

It's never that great

Ordered caramel latte yesterday. They forgot the syrup. I had to come back in to ask them to add it in. Aren’t they meant to remake the drink? It wasn’t busy, no one in front or behind me. He should have offered to remake the coffee. Has about 4 staff there.
