Starbucks Coffee

Terribly slow service. The people serving in there really need some upskilling in customer service and speed. I always think twice about going to this Starbucks as a result of the painful amount of time it takes to get a coffee whether that is inside or via the drive through. If you are in a rush avoid this place!!

Very bad behaviour from the staff ignoring costumers and even not apologising . They keep chatting with each other and not serving at all. The manager should reconsider changing the staff. Coffees are always nice there.

I have been before here as well but on this occasion service was outstanding absolutely brilliant service from Beth, you are a great asset to this branch, hope to see you again on our next visit, 9 drinks and all with different instructions but you made it all look so simple and easy above all service was so fast. Thanks again keep up the good work

Please fix your microphones on the drive-thru. THEY CAN NEVER HEAR THE ORDER!!! Painful.

SERVED MOULDY DRINK! DO NOT COME HERE!!! UNSAFE!! I came here today to the driv-thru. I asked for a mocha frappucino with mocha sauce. I got to the second window, I was served a sloppy, no mocha sauce frappucino. I sent it back in to a for mocha sauce. I watched the lady pour my mocha into a new cup with the mocha sauce, no fresh drink. After leaving I took a sip of my drink and it was the foulest most disgusting drink I have ever had the displeasure of trying. I immediately turned around and headed back to the restaurant. I felt physically ill... I confronted the staff working. They seemed to have an attitude and the girl who made my drink scurried off to the pantry out of embarrassment. SHE KNEW SHE SERVED ME MOULDY SAUCE! They refused to try my drink, I told them how bad it was and they responded "I wonder if its the mocha" whilst opening the mocha sauce tub- the second They lifted the lid I saw mould on the side of the tub, and the staff gagged and were taken aback by the stench. I was told I'd get a free drink and a refund, not good enough considering I've now got food poisoning. Never ever drink there.

Always friendly staff and a good stop for breakfast

The young lady with a head scarf at this place is a truly nasty piece of work, sniggering and laughing whilst they openly mock you as you wait for your order, if this wasn’t bad enough, she also works really slowly and clearly has no interest in being there or showing a higher level of attentiveness to the tasks at hand, she is rude and ill manored when taking orders for you and shows no intention to remove her hostile attitude toward customers, IMO she needs to be sacked…

Just an excellent place to go for a coffee ☕
