Starbucks

Staff are bickering and chit chatting. The staff was very unprofessional! Waited 30 minutes for a coffee. One staff member that just arrived was drinking water at the work area. We are now texting on the phone instead of making orders. Wrong name was put on my order

Worst customer service and constantly getting orders wrong. They have made every order I have placed here wrong and all I order is cold brews and tea. When you ask to fix it, the whole staff gives you and attitude. I ordered a trenta and my "fixed drink" they gave me was a grande. Bi literally never leave reviews but after 5-6 messed up orders and a ton ofoney wasted I had to.

Service was terrible. The baristas served their friends first while others waited 20-25 minutes.

Love the starbucks in the crile building always able to get my morning coffee before my shift

I ordered a coffee they were not busy at all after 15 minutes left without a coffee but was charged. The employees seemed to not be getting along and yelling at other employees over the counter wow look who didn't call off today not sure who the manager was but needs to get the place under control

We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese ( my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty.

The drinks are expensive.
