I have never encountered such a rude Starbucks store, back when I worked for the company in 2008 that kind of behavior was not tolerated. These workers have bad attitudes and make no effort to hide it. I nearly had my head bit off for asking for a cup sleeve. Today, I had the pleasure of watching the manager lecture two customers on being patient. Mind you they were waiting forever to just buy a gift card, they were more than patient. I don’t think this store will ever get it together. And no I don’t want to leave feedback on your website because it yields no results. Just a fair warning to anyone that frequents this location in the H building at the Cleveland Clinic.

Ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Straight up milk… I cannot make this up.
The people there are so incompetent and lazy that they closed the register down because that only have three people working the counter . There’s not one person in line . They make “ coffee “. Literally, that’s their job and they cannot even perform that and run a cash register. That’s how dumb .

The people who, work there look Miserable & are not Very Friendly! Today, I went there for a coffee & told the Cashier Twice that I'd like an "Iced" coffee & they still managed to Mess it up without being a Tad Apologetic. It would be Nice to see at Least One person Smiling & they should really work on having a Better Positive Attitude!
