As much as I try to give this place a better review with my orders I can only say I'm thankful for when they do get it right. However, this particular Starbucks has gotten my order wrong more than four times with a very bad customer service in a previous order. Which almost makes you wonder if each time you pay with a card if it tells you the history of the customers order and complaints to make them treat you bad or get your order wrong for having to provide a feedback to Starbucks regarding the place. It becomes frustrating when you are towards the middle of your drive when you find out the taste of your drink isn't what you ordered or they give you the wrong size to your order. To the barista's who are truly good barista's that provide good customer service you are amazing please continue doing what you do in anything and to those who really do not care in the quality they provide of customer service imagine going through the service you give?! It wouldn't feel good in anything you do in life with that type of quality of customer service.

This is a pretty standard Starbucks. Busy but comfy. Service is friendly and quick. Menu is Starbucks.

I came in to get a coffee and do some work on my laptop for a bit. It was raining out, so the staff was bringing in some of the outside seating to be used inside. The store was clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff was pleasant. The store was relatively full of customers the entire two hours I was there.
