Not a good service, I had to ask if the drink that was on the counter was mine, without a name and no one mentioned the drink, it didn't look like the photo either; 50% ice 40% matcha oatmeal and a scarce 10% lavender.... Very disappointing, they just look like they hate their job…
My order was a short mocha and I was charged $4.85 plus $0.70 for soy milk! Additionally, I had a half a cup of foam and only a half a cup of actual coffee! My total bill was $5.60!! I will not purchase from Starbucks ever again due to their discriminatory policy for someone with an allergy along with the half of serving I received!
The drinks/food are a 10/10 HOWEVER this is my regular Starbucks stop so I come here frequently and there is a certain woman who works here who will literally walk away and ignore me & my gf for no apparent reason. She also always says they are out of something and then uses it right after she eventually makes our drinks. I understand being out of stock of things but tonight she said she was out of cold foam and then made herself a drink with COLD FOAM. We also had to wait probably 5 minutes to be served (no line) she purposely walks away hoping we leave. This is not the only time either. It’s always this one woman.
Starbucks used to be great...they need work
