Starbucks

If I could give a 1 star review I would. There are these 2 girls working. Both blonde. We walked up trying to order and they started acting weird and then said “we’re closed” then proceeded to role their eyes at us. They in fact aren’t closed because they close at 8 it was 40 minutes before close. They still could have served a drink. Disrespectful and unbelievable.

This Starbucks has the most rude baristas I’ve genuinely ever met, they are always so mad they have to do their job. Today an old woman said to me after my order that I “rambled off a bunch of things and need to repeat” I definitely gave her time between each order and to tell me I ramble is just unnecessary when there are a million different ways to give good customer service. ALSO BEWARE- THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING AT ALL TIMES. Store always looks gross and sticky too. Go to western avenue. Mackenzie was nice tho

Not a real store. Located inside of a store with a limited menu, and they are still constantly out of those limited items.

This is not a drive-thru Starbucks. It’s literally in a store. How does this area not have a drive-thru Starbucks? They are LITERALLY everywhere in Ohio.

I use to love this Starbucks. Over the past several months, they are always short staffed, out of items, etc. No one knows how to do refunds or correct the transaction if something rings up wrong. I think they need better management or something. No, I don’t recommend this particular store.

I always have a good experience here and the employees are always nice. I just left there today and the barista, Ashle, was super nice and very great at her job! However, I do feel bad that everytime I come here there is only one person working. I couldn’t imagine being the only person working at a very fast paste coffee shop.
