This place is great. Always super friendly. Yesterday they went above and beyond. My car crapped out before I can come grab my mobile order and they told me they'd be able to make it this morning instead since I couldn't grab it. Christian is a great guy! I know it's just a cup of coffee, but I really thought I was going to lose my order / $$ on it and let's face it, coffee is a neccessity lol Thanks again!
The service was terrible. They gave me the wrong order. Its like that they didnt even care as to what i was ordering
Horrible experience. I walked in the door the cashier just stared at me with this angry look on her face.. she did this until I got to the counter.. I asked for a tall drink she said do you know tall means small? I said, yes- I know what I’m ordering… the people behind me of a different race (white) ordered the same thing she didn’t ask them if they knew tall means small. I guess because they’re Starbucks target audience? My drink is ready and the barista lets the people who ordered behind me take my drink. I had to get a refund and leave the entire experience was poor! I came to this location because there was a fire at my condo and I was waiting for the fire dept to clear things up— but clearly I wasn’t welcomed here. I will never purchase anything else from a Starbucks this is exactly why they are getting so much bad publicity and lawsuits for being a racist company anyway. They didn’t teach their staff anything about diversity and inclusion.
