Friendly staff, but limited menu near closing. Only drip coffee and room temp pastries half at 8:30 and seamingly earlier
I already have low expectations of fast food places these days, especially of any place at O’Hare. But can I at least expect someone to make what I ordered and paid for? The employee making the coffee was steadily churning out orders, although this is like the 100th Starbucks location to incorrectly make a flat white. It should not be half foam. But the worst of this place is that two employees are standing around doing nothing. After asking twice about the pastry, someone finally got around to warming them up. And then they tossed it at me without saying a word. These days, I don’t expect high-touch customer service, but at least make an effort and give me what I paid for without me having to ask three times and get my food tossed at me like I’m the a-hole.
Forcing people to submit mobile orders. Employee named Kay was super rude to me. They made me the wrong drink and she walked away from me while I was still talking. Her colleague then remade the drink.
Jasmine and Alex (T3; Gate L21) were super sweet to make my blended iced tea - not a common order. They made me feel special! Thanks for making my travel day highlight!
Service was quick. However, the drink sizes are smaller than normal. The grande is at least 3 or 4 ounces smaller than a regular Starbucks and it’s more expensive. It was $7.35 for a “grande.”
I got a tomato and mozzarella on focaccia, an iced latte, and 2 espresso cups from Chicago & Illinois. The workers seemed sorta 'meh'. The service was a bit slow. Food was good, though.
I was in line to place my order, and my daughter fainted, I asked the attendant for a cold compress, and they didn't care, I explained that my daughter had fainted and I needed this compress (ice bag) and something urgent for her to eat they didn't responded to the request. I had a bad experience.
Got the wrong drink. Staff very lackadaisical. Seem bored Had to wait 10 minutes for the wrong drink. They were not busy at all. Very disappointed!
