Starbucks

I appreciated that they have a 15 min standing for parking space on the side of the building. Drink I ordered was delicious. Friendly barista. Clean bathrooms. What more could I ask for?

It’s closed on a Saturday

I usually don’t go to Starbucks because I always have the same issue. The Map Toom was closed so I begrudgingly went to sbux across the street. As per usual, I order a latte and I get the foamy cappuccino I never ordered. Before I even took a sip I took the lid off to find the cup only about 90% full. At ~$7 I would expect a full drink. I’ve talked to several baristas throughout the years and they’ve all told me “a latte and a cappuccino are the same thing.” No they’re not! You know how I know? I’m a barista and have been several times in my life. The service was pretty lousy too. Get it together!

Venti, non-fat, no whip mocha and a turkey and egg white sandwich.

One of my favorite locations. But I haven't seen my favorite barista James in awhile. This store has changed. The barista/supervisor green hair, nose piercing with glasses. Always on her shift the app is turned off, store has closed many times on her shift not to mention she is pretty rude. This is bad customer service. I feel bad for her coworkers because she must be miserable to work with. I couldn’t tell you her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag. All I know is I bet sales have gone down since she has been there.
