This place was very clean, customer service was excellent. My coffee was very tasty and hot the way I like. Love it.

went there only because I had to meet someone. I ordered an egg mcmuffin like sandwich and told them no bacon. They gave me no bacon and no cheese. I wanted the cheese. They never get my orders right. 11/18/23 update, went to starbuck to get a few things, Got there around 4 PM and found that they had already closed. Another guy rang the door bell and was ignored by the guy I saw was inside the store.

It's like all cafes. If the place is good, you have to wait to get what you ordered.

When I got there on Friday evening the cashier was talking to a group of what looked to be college students. He was taking their ordr big was also laughing and playing with them, he didn't care that their was another customer behind them who didn't have time to wait for them to laugh and joke about nothing. Then when I gave my order, the cookie crumble mocha which has been around for years, be acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then when he rang up my order he didn't tell me how much it was, I had to look on his to get the total and even when I asked him he didn't tell me. Won't be coming here anymore. Will continue going to the one off Ceremak

Tastes like coffee

I haven't been in a Starbucks in while and it seems like the workers their have taken on a much nicer town. I went today to both the ones on 71st and Stony Island and later the one on Taylor Street and the attention that received was extraordinary at both. The one on Taylor Street in Little Italy they apologized profusely that the restroom was out of order. Honestly the only reason that I went was internet problems at home but I was surprised about today's experiences that I'm saying something about it now. Wheelchair accessibility: Being currently on crutches I found it easy to get in an out.
