10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. One busy texting. One busy walking around.

The baristas are always very pleasant here...we usually come here to get my Pups pupcup...they love to see him :)

Ordered in advance. Slow poor customer service. I ordered 2 blonde roast and they only brought up 1. I told the barista there should be another and I asked for a cup holder, she said it coming up and left. I waited for about another 6 mins or so I and could see my 2nd coffee, all she had to do was add oatmilk and bring it over. It sat there by the brewer and she brought other orders as well as attended to the register. Finally she walks over asks, what are you waiting for? Ia said my 2nd coffee and the cup holder I asked about earlier, no response. She went and got my coffee and place on the counter. They are extremely slow doesn't pay attention to what customers are asking or saying.
