Starbucks

I literally order hot green tea from Starbucks DAILY. I came to this one today and was told they’ve never had green tea before… unless I’m visiting from another universe these ladies need an update on their inventory.

I ordered a shaken espresso it was nothing but milk. I’ve given this location plenty of chances. They can’t seem to get the drinks right. These drinks aren’t free, for the prices I would like to enjoy my drink.

I’ve come here a number of times hoping for better results but this was my last time. I ordered an iced matcha tea (no inclusions). I took a sip of my drink and immediately tasted coffee. Not to mention I ordered my drink at 6:43am, I arrived at 7:11 and my drink still wasn’t ready! Wont be coming back

I did a mobile order for food and drink. Notification said order was ready. Drink was ready and food was ready but not ready for pick up. It sat by their food heater for 5 min. I saw the employee leave it there. Thought maybe they had a system. On top of that they got the food order wrong. Service has gone down.

I’ve grown up in the area so I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times they take so long to make one simple! I order a Carmel macchiato and it took almost 2 hours!!! And I had ordered it on the app when I order it in person it takes even longer. Sometimes they make the drinks wrong but the staff is very nice and polite.

The wait at this Starbucks drive-thru is absolutely BRUTAL! Doesn’t matter if there isn’t a line, expect to wait! Doesn’t matter if you order ahead, expect to wait! What in the actual fudge.
