My recent visit was like a scene from hell12/2/23 about 3:30 pm went inside just to grab two tall coffees for myself and my older brother waiting in the car he needed equal for his coffee none so I agreed to splenda. I wanted raw sugar their was none so at this point after telling the young man no spend a for mine just regular sugar I was told it was none question marks over my head at this point I was wanting my money back but sense I used a card he attempted to refund it was told it would be back on card within minutes it was not was kindly offered receipt but as I walk toward the register there's this red cardboard that must have fallen from the display table and I slip on it and damn near break my neck knocking over the.bags. of coffee in the basket to keep from hitting the ground.I had asked who the manager was out of six or seven young people they seemed or acted not sure which, not to know. Why why why as of this writing have not received the money back on my card no big deal having a very busy store not run better and damn near having to sue for a slip and fall big deal.
The lady Dion was extremely rude not just with me but with other customers as well. She messed up my order, and when I told her about it she said “ok just give me one sec.” She saw me standing there for a good 10-15 minutes and kept ignoring me while on her phone and talking to her co-worker Dayana. The poor guy worker with the dreads was both on register, calling out orders, and preparing drinks while Dion and Dayana gossiped as the line of customers grew.
The female service staff at 9 p.m. on December 21, 2023 was extremely rude. I order the drink app, but because of an unexpected job, I pick up the drink slowly and I think it's normal because the branch I often go still keeps the customer's drinks. After I asked the question, she replied in a very annoying tone, I know this is my fault because of the delayed drink pick-up, I spent money to buy drinks and services, but why did the staff show that attitude? A horrible day for me

I went to Starbucks on the lower level today between 10:25am-10:40am. Once I got to the counter there was an older lady in front of me who was already being serviced. The lady in front of me was finishing her transaction for a coffee. I was the next person in line, so I went down to the end of the counter because all I wanted was water inside my hydro flask bottle. There was nobody behind me. I was the next person in line. There was two employees working at the Starbucks on the lower level at the time and one of those employee’s already knew I just wanted water. She was not helping a customer, so she was getting ready to give me some water because I was next to be serviced. That’s when Christie Francis the regional manager approached me and ask me what am I doing? I told her I was just getting water is there a problem. She said I have to get in line to get water and be serviced. I told her I am in line. I was next. So I went down to the end of the counter like I always do. She said I was cutting the lady ahead of me. I said I am not cutting anyone the lady was done being helped. Then she told the worker to not give me any water until I got into line at the register. I asked her is there a problem with getting water now? I said I work here and I always get water from Starbucks and I never cut anyone in line. Whenever I am next I always just go down to the end of the counter just to get water. She said the purpose is for the customer experience. Then said I am the regional manager. I said I don’t care who you are that’s besides the point, so are you saying I am not a customer? I said it’s ok don’t worry about it I’ll just get water elsewhere.I went up to the first floor Starbucks to get water and she followed behind me.I believe she was following me to see if I was going to get water from the upstairs Starbucks. She stood there and watched me the whole time I was being serviced. This was very concerning to me and unbecoming behavior by a regional manager in my eyes because all of that was unnecessary. I was being denied service because I supposedly wasn’t in line to be serviced properly. I did nothing wrong and felt very disrespected and attacked. I did not appreciate this at all and was very disturbed by it.

Corporate needs to check up on this location. They close at 9, but their blenders were “done for the day” at 8. Rude employees. I ordered my mother a matcha latte, the staff member just eyeballed the matcha and the drink ended up tasting nasty. I wanted to order a strawberry acai lemonade ice, and they said that they put away the blenders 15 minutes before closing. Mind you- it was 8. I showed her the time and she just laughed at my face.
