Starbucks

Daughter went to this Starbucks while on a field trip and she and her friends were informed this location only accepts exact change, so the kids had to leave large amounts of extra money in order to get food/beverage. Very poor experience.

Worst experience ever. I’ve been on Starbucks around the world. And this was the most unrespecful barista I’ve ever meet. She not only gave me the wrong order but also behave rude and gave me a cold expresso.

Awful service... they didn't have the ingredients for many of the drinks finally settle for something regular and it was awful. Flies all over the food. And poor service

I visited this Starbucks 3 weeks ago. I wanted to get some banana bread with my coffee. There were bugs(fruit flys) all over the food items. I am not sure how their baristas and cashiers did not see it when all the customer did. I wish I had taken picture to show how disgusting it was.

I usually don't leave reviews and do not want to come off as "that guy" who can't be pleased, but this was some of the worst customer service and coffee I have had in a long time. I was at navy pier with my wife and son to eat and see the lights. We decided to get a couple coffees and a hot chocolate. This was 12/08/2023 at around 7pm. I was helped by a young black woman with tattoos and facial piercings. I ordered a small black coffee. She rang up our order, it cost a little over 16 dollars. She made my coffee and the other woman made my wife's coffee and hot chocolate for my son. She handed me the coffee and when I took a sip I immediately wanted to spit it out. I know what day old coffee tastes like and it was cold. Hot coffee is not supposed to be colder than room temperature. So I said ma'am I cannot drink this, it's cold and old. She immediately got an attitude and a family waiting to get their coffee were concerning their displeasure at the coffee they got also. So the employee grabbed my cup, turned around and dumped my coffee in the hand sink and filled my cup up again from the same colander. She said the half and half makes it cold. I said just give it to me black. Still cold. I just chalked it up to a loss. One of the other customers was seriously mad when we were leaving. It's sad though, we have to pay 16 dollars for some old gas station coffee and get an attitude the entire time. This is why we don't go out anymore. There is no good customer service any longer, and people expect you to spend your hard earned money on anything and be happy about it. If you go to navy pier avoid the Starbucks. Trust me.

Service, can be better. The first time I come across the fact that I was asked to pay for a cup of water at Starbucks. What?!!! It was always free when you ordered something or not. Come on!

2 employees chatting while only one works on orders, long backed up line for no reason

Fui a ordenar, la muchacha me ignoró , le dije que quería ordenar y lo que me dijo que estaba hablando con un cliente. Entiendo bastante el inglés por tanto lo que hablaban era personal. Se molestó porque la interrumpí y se negó a tomar mi orden al momento al contrario se puso lenta y se molestó, esto fue a la 1.30 pm del martes 21 de noviembre.
