Starbucks

I order an ice vanilla latte and they gave me my drink so white that tasted like milk with vanilla. I also order a ice brown sugar shaken espresso and they didn't make it correctly, i told them that they didn't added any cinnamon and brown sugar. Then they added the cinnamon in top without mixing it, and the drink was white.

I order two venti iced matcha lattes and specifically asked for light ice, when I got my drink I said umm is this light ice, and she said yes we have a measuring cup for ice. I would like for you all to be the judge of what light ice looks like because I don’t think this is it, at this rate I got a tall and not a venti.

JULIAN IS THE BEST!! His patience and recommendations were second to none. I will continue to visit this location because of the exceptional service.

These jerks are getting one star at this location for closing the lobby and they say hey our drive-thru is open but guess what we're in a work truck and can't fit through your tiny drive-thru so we drove all this way for nothing.

This is one of the nicest Starbuck's around! Staff is fabulous. They remember my name and know our usual drinks by heart. Just a wonderful experience!

From all starbucks in chicago this location is the slowest. Service Is always super slow inside the restutant and drive thru.

I ordered two drinks to go. I came in to pick them up and my drinks were not done yet despite ordering 10 minutes ago. The employees saw me at the register and ignored me for about 3 minutes before someone came over to take my order. I showed them my receipt and told them that the drinks that I had order were not in the pickup station. When my drinks were ready the worker just practically threw them at the pickup station without saying a word. He knew that I had been waiting on those drinks so it would have been nice for him to have given them to me, call my name or for him to atleast place them on the correct letter. He put them at the edge of the counter in the letter Z when my name starts with an A. It took me a while to figure out that those were my drinks. Overall this is the worst experience I have had in a starbucks. To make matters worse I was the only customer at the entire store. I have work in customer service and honestly the employees here should not be in that industry.

Slow service! I been waiting 20 mins for a drink smh

Has to be one of the worst starbucks I've ever been to. Last time I went, got the mango dragonfruit refresher. Tasted like water. Drinks always take at least 15 minutes when I place mobile order. Atmosphere is good. Pretty calm most of the time and you can get work done If you're going to this starbucks, just go to the one on 47th and Cicero or the one across the street in target.
