The employees here are so nice. I recently ordered a drink at a different location and it didn’t taste right (maybe there was something wrong with the espresso machines). I was going to toss it but it was a $5 drink so I stopped at this location. Not only did they remake it, they gave me a card for a free drink. I know they are slammed in the morning so I really appreciate this.

Most of the time the matcha tastes like straight up milk, they never add the extra pumps of syrup that you have to pay for, (it’s like they ignore it) I complained multiple times. Train your employees!
