Great coffee, staff was very friendly

this Starbucks is not a drive-through. They need to take that off there, Google business profile.

Terrible coffee shop. Went in placed my order and the lady wasn’t paying attention. Ordered a grande Americano with extra cream. They gave me a tall americano. I asked them to remake it. So they remade it “right”. Have the drink to my wife and she opened it to let it cool. The coffee was so full that it spilled all over our hotel sheet and they put zero cream in it. I went back down to have the make the right drink. They poured out some coffee and put cold cream in it and handed it back… Now my wife has a $6 cup of cold coffee… thank you Starbucks for your amazing customer service….

Ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. Got a cup full of oatmilk. No espresso. Pretty pathetic seeing as you charge $8 for espresso.

I loved this location! I was helped by Maddie, her customer service skills were unmatched! I ALWAYS feel welcome at The Starbucks inside the Chattanoogan

Came to order one of their everyday favorites sandwiches they were advertising in-store. Opted for turkey and they told me they didn't have it. Ok then I'll take the ham and cheese. Nope. Don't have that one either. Not even nice about it. At least don't advertise something you don't have...
