Left loose drinks on the counter and they tipped over spilling all over me and my friend who was also allergic to the contents of the drink
My daughter unfortunately permitted auto-deduct from her bank account to a gift card. Starbucks proceeded to deduct $75 in 3 - $25 increments from her bank account and did not credit or reload the gift card. The gift card shows a $19 balance. I tried to call the 1-800 number on the back of the card but it was not a valid number. I called a different 1-800 number and the customer service rep was extremely rude and hung up on me. We have reported this to the bank and, as part of the process to recoup the $75 Starbucks deducted from the account, went to speak with manager Allie at the Cherrywood location. She refused to look at the bank information and the app showing a $19 balance on the card despite the $75 deduction. We informed her we called the 1-800 number to no avail. Her response "I can't help you." If something happens with a gift card reload from Starbucks don't plan on getting your $ back. If you want thoughtful customer service skip this location.
Starbucks hired bunch of kids working here. with the worst attitude and gossiping LOUD…Avoid coming this location with all u could
This was one of my favorite Starbucks to go to but apparently they close their doors forever. Their business only did good when the local high school was in session. But people nowadays want their coffee drinks now and not have to wait so they prefer to go to a different Starbucks that has a drive-thru. And people wonder why there's so much anti socialness in this country
The gentleman at the register this morning was very helpful and welcoming.
I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't go here often. Today, I wanted to take coffee to the striking King Soopers workers. The nice woman at the counter explained my options and I decided on the big box. It holds 12 cups of coffee and cups, creamer & sugar are included. Less than $20! I can afford to do this again. Thanks, Starbucks!
