I was there last Monday because my son wanted madeleines. I believe it is $2.64 I did not bring my cell phone and used my debit card to buy one madeleines. Later I found that $90.85 was charged. I visited the store to find out what happened. Worker did not have access to my transaction from last week and wanted me to contact Starbucks. I called them and since I did not use the app they could not track my transaction. The only way to solve this issue is to dispute the transaction from the bank. What a mess.
My favorite Starbucks location! The quality of my coffee and the customer service is always top notch every time I come in.
Can I just say, the barista named “T” or “Thyda” was just the brightest morning star when I went in for a drink 1 morning this last week. She deserves all her flowers and stars!
Ordered a Hot Chocolate and caramel frapp for Bryan
