Had a great experience here the other day. Lorin provided excellent customer service and his enthusiasm and courtesy took me by surprise!

I used mobile order. They made my drink wrong. When I asked for a cup of ice with milk so I could fix the drink they just handed me. They said, “sure…in just a minute.” Ultimately, they fixed it but there was no reason to put me off. I was the only one standing there waiting for my order. It was upsetting.
