Starbucks

We had Sasha and she was so amazingly kind to us! Starbucks is lucky to have the kind of talent that they have! She definitely went 200% above and beyond! Thank you for such a delightful experience. And the wonderful açai and macchiato.

Starbucks always have different coffee to drink and the kindness and smile are always welcome.

My daughter's and I went thete for lunch! The food was great! Hot and fresh. Our drinks were made perfect and tasted delicious! Great customer service! They had some great cups, mugs, and water bottles marked down, too! It was a great day!!

i’m genuinely so sad. i’ve only had great experiences at this starbucks. but today when i mobile ordered (like i usually do), i arrived and i hadn’t even ordered 5 minutes before my order was ready. but when i got to my car they eat my sandwich, it was stone cold. and i mean COLD, and I work at a starbucks and know it takes awhile before the sandwiches aren’t even warm. i was on a time crunch so i left with the sandwhich but it wasn’t edible. after looking at the tag closer, it was my name, but not my order rather an order from 3 hours earlier!!! nobody even bothered to throw it away and i'm assuming since it’s the same name they just assumed it was mine. nobody wants to eat a hot breakfast sandwich cold. hoping this was just a mistake from someone having a bad day :/ pics are my drink that was apart of my order vs the sandwich. Parking: parking lot size sucks, typically have to circle multiple times to catch someone pulling out

So, the management keeps overcharging for drinks thinking people won't notice. For example, if you order a venti hot chocolate with a shot of peppermint, they will ring it as a venti peppermint hot chocolate, which costs MORE than what you ordered. During the height covid, they would ring hot chocolate as a mocha, which costs more. When you have to overcharge for overpriced cocoa, maybe you should re-think your life?

Perfect food and beverage, staff is VERY friendly, but with the drive thru window never being shut, all heat escapes and it was so cold.....everyone e I side was bundled up
