I placed an order mobile app, I had to wait 40 minutes. The employees are very rude they didn’t even look at me when I asked them to please check on my order.

Over priced and long wait times.

I recently moved basically across the street from this Starbucks, and happen to be someone who gets coffee near every morning… I was very unpleasantly surprised when I had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee.. not because of a line because of slow service. I’ve seen many occasions where there is one car at the window and they ask you to wait to put in your order. I’ve gotten cold breakfast sandwiches on numerous occasions, my coffee is unstirred and improperly balanced most days, and the location has one way in and out that can become a hassle if the line is long due to blockage. There are many Starbucks around the US that experience high volume in the morning and have never failed to manage it… however this is not one of them and I find it worth the extra 10 minutes of commute to drive to the Starbucks on Pine Island Rd. Parking: Plaza location is poor, few parking, and line overlaps parking spots which can result in vehicles being trapped.

Back again due to limited options in the area. The staff is very hit or miss, where some are very friendly, professional and accommodating while others treat you as though you walked into their homes unexpectedly. I understand finding people is difficult in the service industry, however it would be great if they could be more discerning with their hiring for the sake of their customers.

Fave place to get my coffee! The busiest Starbucks in the Cape, but the staff does a great job!

Customer service is lacking - never expected poor customer service from Starbucks . Waited for an order for about 30 min they messed up an order not even apologized

Don’t bother going if you don’t wanna sit in the drive through. They aren’t allowing people to go inside. They ask to go to drive through.
