this is the worst Starbucks in Columbus hands-down. Aside from it taking at least 20 minutes every time in the drive-through, I went back for my second time today attempting to get a coffee after waiting 20 minutes in line this morning and having to leave. So I mobile ordered and it still took 20 minutes when it said it was going to be ready 10 minutes prior. The blonde girl in the window With a gold claw clip told me very sarcastically to have a good day, and then said NOT after I slowly started to drive away? she stood there for five minutes talking to a boy and didn’t even acknowledge I was pulled up there for over five minutes. I understand being busy or short staffed or whatever the case may be… but having terrible customer service on top of that is frustrating.
The drink was not the one I had ordered, just an honest mistake from the barista, and they very very kindly remade it. Great experience.
This is the best and most amazing . Starbucks ever!!! They NEVER mess up our drinks. Always kind & sweet !!! They give great service. They're one of the best and we visit almost every day there.
