I was hoping to avoid doing this, but it's gone to a point where I now have to address these issues. I was waiting to order my food (January 19, 2024), and I saw a cockroach in the glass casing where all the food was. I mentioned it to the barista, and I assumed that he would take the initiative and start cleaning, but that's not what happened. I can only imagine that after I left, they'd probably serve that same muffin with cockroaches to the customers. Another recent incident (February 11, 2024) was when I made a mobile order, and I was rushing to grab my food. I ignored the details of the food, so once I was settled down and ready to eat, I noticed the cellophane wrap on the snack was broken as you could see a tear. I ordered a caramel latte, and there were many green stains on the lid. There should not be a reason why the cup should be dirty. I didn't order anything that had a green flavour. I always appreciated Starbucks for its standards and quality food, but I don't see this specific location addressing these issues. I recommend folks avoid going there.
